I'm in the process of being evicted;is it possibel for me to file a counter suit for(at)the same court apperance??

My response:

No. You must file your cross-complaint at the same time you file your answer to the landlord's complaint. And then, you must mail a conformed copy to the landlord with a proof of service, mailed and signed by someone over the age of 18 (not yourself).
