I have a small Trucking business, I bought a Tralier from a guy for 8000.00 an we made a contract among areself saying that he will give me the title whithin 60 days and that I have given him the money. I written him a letter and he has not called I have gone to the police Dept to fill charges and the district attorney and they say that they can't help me. I done everthing I can think of don't know where else to turn. in the state of Texas.......

My response:

You see an attorney so that you can sue the other guy for Breach of Contract, Specific Performance, and Damages.

Thanks for your input on this but I forgot to mention that I did Talk to a Lawyer he was the one who told me to go to the district attorney and they told me to get a police report the police Dept. said that this was a civil matter also I found out that the trailer is not even under he's name and there's a lien on it so now I need to filed a civil suit......
