Breach of hire contract

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MA
I have signed a one year contract with a company. There is no termination clause within the contract. If I wish to quit before that 1 year period is up, what can the employer do to me? I have not gotten any money from them (bonus, expenses, etc.) besides my salary.
