Indiana- I'm appealing a case with my landlord and I want to know how difficult is it to argue that my landlord breached the implied warranty of habatibility?

Not difficult at all to argue. Whether it will be difficult to WIN will depend if your apartment was in fact legally uninhabitable, and if it was declared so by the housing inspector.
