i own a travel agency in minnesota which is going out of business because we are losing money. i have a lease for approx another 2 years. can i break this lease?

as long as the lease is in the company's name and you didnt personally guaruntee the lease, what can they sue for.... you have nothing of value, ok maybe a few old computers desks and chairs, which will have to be sold to pay off the creditors...

Anyway whats in your lease about closing the business or terminating the lease?
