I kive in florida and i wanted to know if there are any laws that state if you are buying a house you are able to get ot of your lease with out any reprecussions

OH come on you are buying a house and you are worried about some money...

YOU are liable for the rent, untill it is rerented.

so figure on at least one maybe 2 months you wil lose, and maybe your security......IF you advertise the apartment, and show it, and get the tenants to sign a lease then how could you owe any money?

so just figure its just the cost of buying a new home!
