I signed a lease for 6 months, she never told me to heat house it would cost over 200 a month. I even asked her before I signed lease, her reply was I don't remember but not much! the first 3 months bill has totaled 850.00
I need out without forfeiting deposite.

JOE ...guess you're not the sharpest tool in the shed.

That was a red flag if i ever saw one......and you missed it.... the landlord has all the records, and if not you could have asked who delivered the oil and called them and ask before you sign the lease...any reliable respectable AND HONEST landlord would allow you to do that.

That is probably why the other tenant moved out...

next time you will be smarter...pay the bill and suffer
