What is the name of your state? KS

Is there some clause allowing a person to terminate a lease due to "incidents" regarding the rental property caused by the previous tenant and current neighbors? The "incidents" have made the property unliveable, however, it is partially a "your word against theirs" matter. This seems pretty broad, but more details can be provided if needed. It is a long and complicated situation.

Thanks in advance. What is the name of your state?
