What is the name of your state? pennsylvania i work 9 to 12 hours with out a break no lunch when i ask to go to lunch i am told no to much work to do is this legal

Yes, it is perfectly legal. There is no law in PA that requires them to give you any kind of break unless you are under 18.

Yes, it's legal but there's nothing preventing you from finding a new job where the employees are treated more humanely.
