I have a bet going with my roomate. The bet is this,

If you are pulled over in the state of Washington for potential drunk driving and requested to take the breath test are you allowed to deny to take the test and request a blood test. My roomate says that if you refuse to take the breath test and ask for the blood test you will lose your license for 6 months. I say that if you refuse to take the breath and opt for the blood test you would only lose your license if you are convincted of a DUI or charged for drinking and driving. Can anyone help me out here?

This is for kase4158:
Could you give me advice on finding out Blood Test results. I was arrested on DUI, and gave blood test. This was a week ago. How do I get my test results before my court summons?

Thanks,
RS
