Breathaliser Testing in Vermont

# 1:If you are under 18, can the police give you a breathaliser test without parent permission?

# 2: Can you be stopped by the police because someone told them you had been drinking?

# 3: Are there any laws about police harassing you? Saying such things as, " I can pull you over and give you ****, anytime I want." Or saying they smell alcohol, but never finding any and having you take a breathalier and walking test, and you still pass both?

# 4: Can they pull you over for not stopping at a stop sign, but never giving you a warning for not stopping or not even giving you a ticket?
