What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? vermont
the other night i recieved an underage drinking ticket in vermont, the issue is that i wasn't drinking but somehow still blew a .006 i wanted to know if there was any known margin of error for the machine or some legal ground for me to contest this on?

If you really meant 0.006 (and not 0.06) then yeah, you can blow 0.006 sober. There could be enough methyl-group-containing compounds on your breath for any number of reasons that would show up as a 0.006. If you meant 0.06, though, you were probably drinking.

Of course, that doesn't mean it's a defense you can argue on your own. Get a lawyer.
