What is the name of your state? CALIFORNIA

It's come to my attention that distant relative in Canada has recently put me in her will. Right now she's very ill, I'd like to know what the procedure is to claim the belongings left to me. If I fly up there and rent a U Haul, will I have trouble getting it into the States? The items vary from compact discs to furniture to a computer and stereo equipment.

The only things you can't bring into the US include guns, ammunition, explosives, and certain beef products. You can bring in up to 2 liters of alcholic beverages. There should be no problems with anything else, just make sure you have documentation for everthing you bring.
