What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? IL

Back in July of 2008, I decided to check out a school called the IL Center For Broadcasting.

They gave me a tour and pointed out all the great stuff the school has to offer. The Admissions Director told me within a week of my starting class, which was August 11, 2008, the school would be moving down the street, to a new location, which would be 10 times bigger and have all new and state of the art equipment. We are now coming to the end of December 2008, and we have not moved, and the directors of the school, do not give any answers anymore about moving. So they duped me on that one. I spoke out a list of things that I would like to learn upon entering the school, and the admissions director said yes we will teach you all the stuff. So far halfway through they have not taught me anything, upon entering the school.

Also, since the school did not move, they have very old equipment, where half the time it never works, and very limited studios with to many kids. They try to slam 30 - 60 students into 7 studios. They over expand themselves, because they are so greedy. They also have a placement department. With an award winning director. When I talked to him to ask him to listen to my very good audio production work, which the entire class said, that my work was always best out of everyone, he kept responding to me, "I don't have time." This man only made time for people he took an interest in, and pretty much place people he likes in jobs, other people to walk away with nothing.

Another thing, is the school, does remote broadcasts, to represent the school, and try to get more people to come and take a tour. Some remotes were at Buffalo Wild Wings, and I was denied from the school to participate in helping out for school hours, because I am under the age of 21. Buffalo Wild Wings is a family restaurant. I eat there all the time.

But the reason is that I was denied, is because while the students are representing the school, with the banner and the table and the flyers, everyone is drinking alcohol, or beer. Is this against the law? Or somewhere for an accredited school to do this.

In a nutshell, this school has really duped me, with very little learning, crap equipment which is always broke, and the big new facility they told everyone, to get them to sign up.
Plus when the staff who is supposed to help place me in a job, tells me they don't have time to listen to my work, so they know what kind of talent they have, I would like to possibly find an attorney and sue the school, to get half of my 15 grand back.

Is this possible?
