What is the name of your state? Arkansas.
I just bought a used 1997 Chevy Blazer. It worked fine for about 3 days. Then the battery was drained. I figured it was the alternater and could get it fixed cheap. So I had it checked. It was fine. I bought a new battery and it worked for about 2 weeks, then it quit like the first time. So I figure that there is something wrong with the electrical system and am going to have the computer checked. Can I get the dealership to fix my Blazer or can I get them to give me another? Because it will cost a lot of money to get the computer system fixed in it. I just don't have the money. Help me please!!!!!!!!!!

Who knows?? You can certainly ask them to do anything you want. However, they have no LEGAL obligation to do so. The Arkansas 'lemon law' (actually called the 'The Arkansas New Motor Vehicle Quality Assurance Act') does not apply to your used car.

For more on the AR 'lemon law', go to: http://www.ag.state.ar.us/consumer/lemonlaw.html
