what are the maximum broker fees for Nevada, Oklahoma, and Florida? Also, is there a site that lists maximum fees for all states?

If by fees, you mean brokerage commissions, there arre no legal maximums or miniums. Commissions are negoiable with all firms though most firms have a minium transaction charge. As a general rule, you ought not to be chraged more than 3% of the principle involved in a transaction. Unless, there is a minimum commission charged for very small orders. Most places $35 to $50 on trades under a $1000.

Actually, some states do impose limits. For example, Kentucky and Georga have an 8% of loan amount limit. South Carolina has a limit of >10%. Usually brokers don't charge this much, but in the instance of it occuring, I need to know if there is a limit in those states or not.
