What is the name of your state? Nevada
I recently was referred to a "broker" to refinance a home. He requested a "commitment fee" that would go toward closing costs. He not only took my money and ran, (which was paid through a pay pal account) but it has taken 9 months to get some help, and now the att. gen. office has found him. How can ever get my money back? Liens, or sue personally.......

***If you did this all over the internet, you are screwed. I hope you didn't give him your social security number and other account numbers too. Its time to check your credit report yourself and make sure your identity has not been stolen. Whats wrong with refinancing with a banker in your town? Anyway Good Luck!***
