Brother in law's mistress going to sue!

my sister's husband is cheating on this girl. one night this summer, in south dakota, this girl and I had a confrontation. she cursed at me and I blamed her for ruining my sister's marriage and ruining the lives of the 3 kids. we went back and forth for awhile and then I threw my drink on her. I threw the bottle to the ground and walked away. one of her friends started walking behind me threatening to kill me. about 10-15 minutes later the policeman wanted to speak with me. i came to find out that she has a busted lip and 2 chipped teeth and she stated that I threw the bottle at her face. I DID NOT THROW THE BOTTLE AT HER!! I have 2 witnesses stating I threw it to the ground. the cop asked her later if she saw me throw the bottle. she said, no, that her back was turned so she was not sure if it was me. the cop knew she was on some type of drug and so were her two witnesses. there were no charges pressed against me but she still wants to civily sue. what are my chances in court when it is witnesses against witnesses? I don't know what happened to her lip, and neither does anyone else with me.

Does anyone have ANY advice about her chances of winning or what i am to do if I have to go to court since I live in TX?
