I am trying to find via the net a synopsis of this ruling as stated above. I cannot afford to subscribe to Westlaw. Is there a site where I can review this ruling without going to a law library? This applies to the search and seisure rulings for illegal searches and the violation of a citizens rights. Any help out there?
