My friend has a Suzuki ATV four wheeler that he filed bankruptcy on over 2 yeras ago. He hasn't heard from them and nobody is trying obviously to get it back. Ha hasn't made a payment either think they were going to come and get it. These things have a title and I was thinking about buying it. What would we have to do?????

I take it he did not reaffirm on the loan ?

The creditor would still have to be paid and, legally, the lender holds the title. I suggest you contact the lender yourself.
