What is the name of your state?TEXAS

Contract for Deed,

Currently in last year in a Contract for Deed.
Not sure if I want to purchase home under contract.

Do I have the right to sell home.

Balance of home is $120k
Current home value is $155k

Have been offered position in another state, and weighing all options.

Do I have a legal right to sell home when under a Contract for Deed, my name is on deed, but home is still under previous owners name.
