My question is can a person be sued for libal and defimation if they tell a business that a BB is posting bad messages about them and encouraging copyright. but after the business finds out the post on the bb are deleted and now the bb says they want to sue me cause I pointed it out.


Also can another bb be sued for libal and slander if the tell the world that a certain indiviual is stupid and "off thier rocker"

and who owns an email. If I get an email can I post it on a bb for other to read or does the email belong to the author.

The woman is in her 50s and is threatening to sue me. I pointed out to a company what this woman had said on the BB. She deleted the messages on the bb that were connected to the company and now she is sending me emails saything that she is taking my BB to court for any post that is conected to her name.

She used to post on my bb but she has been banned. She says that she has court orders and already has it signed by a judge. She is in another state.

Realisticly how long would it take to get before a judge to get a warrent and wouldn't she need it to be federal since it is over state lines

She is also stating that she will sue people from other countries that have commented about her.

I have gotten an email from the company stating that they have gotten a request for a copy of my email.


Who owns an email. the person who receives it or the sender.

Can I post her email to me with the threat for my members?
