I had my oil changed at a rapid oil place. They checked the differential fluid and told me it was ok. They did not put the plug in right and over the next 60 days all the fluid leaked out and burned the gears. They say it took too long, more than 30 days so they won't cover the cost to repair or replace the rear end on my car. Estimated cost $1300 to $1800. I live in Minnesota. What can I do?

Unless you can come up with some definitive link between the work done by the shop and the subsequent failure 60 days later (sounds unlikely to me), you probably have no case against the shop.
