What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia
I wanted to get Subway Franchise and i submitted all requirement documents. They already told me to look subway and told to talk owner for exciting subway but now finally they did not approve my application for Subway franchise without any reason.

Do i have any right to know why i am unable to get Franchise? I want to subway franchise.

You can't force them to sell to you (which, in essence, is what franchising is).
