Hasn't happened but just incase... Lets say a judgment is set against me and they can seize and drain my accounts.. can the touch anything in my company ? It is an SCorp and i am an officer.

Simple answer, yes. I do it all the time.

Yep. There are some other issues that might preclude them doing so successfully..... but I won't assist in providing guidance on how to avoid paying a valid debt.
