I placed an order for a $388 car part in November, and after getting the runaround for several months, I cancelled my order. I found out that the company went bankrupt in March, and ever since I found this out, I have made calls the owner and been told to wait for a phone call regarding my refund. Is there a time limit for being reimbursed for this? Can the company get away with not paying me if a certain amount of time passes?
