I'm dealing with a company in PA who is in financial difficulty. He is wanting my company to fabricate a project and has agreed to pay in full before the project leaves my shop. Seeing as though he has not been given credit, will his payment for this project be taken back by the bankruptcy court if he files for bankruptcy? I know if you give a company credit the court goes back 90 days and takes back any payment made on credit accounts but I didn't know if that rule applied to c.o.d. accoounts.
