WI-opened business 1998-incurred 30,000.00 from 1 creditor-we are an S corp.-creditor is suing-attempted to work out payment plan but creditor refused-have attempted to get loans to repay but turned down both- do not want to take 2nd mortgate on personal property- have paid employees every week without missing paychecks-and have been able to be in good standing with all other vendors..can bankruptcy be filed to alleviate this one creditor and maintain relationship with other creditors? need suggestion-thanks
