i own a small business in illinois and my contract states that i am to receive a 30 day written notice for termination of my services. i have 2 separate accounts with the same doctor practice. the original contract was signed when i was only employed by one office by that office manager. i have been terminated from that office. is my 30 day notice void since i will be keeping the other practice? or did they breech the contract by only giving me one day notice? i do not have a contract with the other office since it is only a temporary assignment.
