I need to create a guideline for reimbursable business-development activities. I'm torn with how to "put up walls" around it. Business breakfast/lunch/dinner = ok, right? My dilemma is in the details. What about alcohol? What about entertaining clients at adult venues? Stuff like this.
This is my first attempt at creating guidelines for expense reimbursements, but I can't believe that these issues haven't already been addressed by someone a lot smarter than I am. Is there an FAQ that addresses such things? Help, please?
