My husband owns his own company.
A couple of months ago, he had a friend of him begin to help him with
the work in the company and paid him on a weekly basis.
This arrangement did not work out and my husband terminated him.
Now this man is calling all of our customers and telling them that if they need
to speak with someone in the company they need to call him because our
telephone numbers are not working.
He is also calling customers that have outstanding balances and telling
them the company address has changed and that they need to send the
money to his address.
Could you please tell me what (if any) legal recourse we may have against
him and how we can stop him.
Thank you,
Denise J. Sanders
