I own a Canadian business (incorporated), and more than 75% of it is online. Is there a way of moving to the US by incorporating there (without investing $50,000!) so that my husband could work there under the company doing contracts? He's a network administrator (6+ yrs exp + microsoft cert), and he's a 50% shareholder/director in the biz.

Highly unlikely.. The INS are not stupid you know :) but you should double check with your own US Immigration Attorney.
