I am in located in Colorado-My quick question/dilemma is....I am a mobile phone customer and EVERY month for the past 6 months they have been billing me for long-distance charges. We pay $7.00/month in order to have long-distance for free and we fully comply with those rules. I call every month and document what they say and they say EVERYTIME that they will fix it and they credit us back the charges. I have spoken to managers and supervisors all to no avail. If they are notified of the problem and continue to charge us is that mail fraud? I know they credit us the money but the aggrevation of having to call EVERY month is too much. I want to cancel the service, but I want to make sure we are compensated for their wrong-doing. Am I right? Do I have grounds? Thanks!
