What is the name of your state?

I have opened LLC and start doing business. Recently, I found out that there is another LLC in the same state that operates under the same name. I checked with state database and found out that this business had been "administratively dissolved" 3 years ago for not submitting an annual report. That is why the name was available.
I'd like to keep the name of the business. What should I do to resolve the problem?
