i am an installer for a floor covering store,i'll give you an example, the store charges the customer for 1/2" durarock in their bid ,the same durarock they charge me for befor i go to install it.is this legle,can you sell a product twice,is'nt thier a tax issue.

Not as long as they report the income. However, there is a fraud issue if they're charging both of you for the same goods. Ask the customer if s/he is paying you or the company for the flooring. If the company is getting paid twice, tell the customer to file a criminal complaint. Theft by deception perhaps.
