business with F1 Visa ?

Hi there,

I'm not an immigrant, I'm international student who already live in US carrying Visa F1 type which don't allow me to work but I would to work as a freelancer for global real estate from here U.S. Maybe as a broker. Is that Ok or it will affect my Visa ?
