Me and my now ex bought a house almost a year ago... If we both agree that for him to buy me out is the best optione, considering our situation, how do we go about this?

**A: Generally the property disposition is mentioned in the divorce property distribution of assets. He would refinance the existing mortgage (if any) and you would get paid your share of what was agreed to.
