What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arkansas
I recently sold my motor home to a norwegian citizen via a fixed price advertisement on Ebay. The buyer negotiated a price and certain terms like delivery and the purchase and installation of a solar panel. I accepted his counter offer and so I think, we have a legal binding contract.
I bought the panel to install but after a few days of hesitation and not sending any payment, the buyer backed out of the deal and declared. Quote: I have done this on other items too and it was never a problem.
My question, can I make this person to fulfill the contract or is all the "ebay binding contract" talk just hot air?
