I HAVE SIGNED A BUYER BROKER CONTRACT BUT WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE REALTORS. HOW CAN I CANCEL THIS CONTRACT?
THE REALTOR I SIGNED THE CONTRACT WITH WAS REPRESENTING THE SELLER AND MYSELF(BUYER). SHE HAS SHOWED US NO OTHER PROPERTY AND WE HAVE DECIDED NOT TO OFFER A CONTRACT ON HER PROPERTY. ANY ADVISE?

If you feel that they are not performing under the contract you must tell them so and give them a reasonable opportunity to correct the problem.

ARE YOU SAYING THAT I AM STUCK WITH THIS REALTOR FOR 30 DAYS?
