What is the name of your state? Ohio

When we sold our house we disclosed that during heavy rains the basement would leak through the outside entrance door. It was a handmade wooden door you could see light through. They also had the house inspected. The inspector noted that the basement had obvious leaks. They asked us to fix a few small things but never mentioned the basement leaking. My question is two parts. How long do they have to go back after the closing of the house? We closed on June 13, 2005. Also since the info was disclosed and they did not ask us to repair it can they sue us to have the basement fixed?

Is your conscience getting to you?
If it was diclosed, then they bought the house "as-is".
The only way they would have a case is if you had not disclosed the problems. But you did so they don't.

THEY DONT HAVE ANY TIME. You made the disclosure before closing and they accepted the home as-is with the known defects. It's thier problem now not yours.
