buyer hasn't paid

sold raw land by owner, i requested a close of escrow by 05 april 2002, buyer agreed, buyer /escrow (whichever one it was-Unknown) delayed, to date, buyer has not paid, i would like to either have him pay today or quit so i may sell it again. thanks

**A: well you need to find out and know the facts. Chances are it's not escrow
that's causing the delay.

**A: then you need to review your contract for the termination provisions. And send written notice of termination per the contract.
