What is the name of your state? louisiana
we sold a website to a lady in oklahoma two months ago and now she wants her money back. we sold it through ebay and explained all the fees to her and when it came time to pay the hosting company to transfer the site to her name she avoided their calls and weeks later decided she no longer wanted the site. can we be forced to pay her money back.

no......she made a purchase and unless you misrepresented something vital, then she is stuck with her bad deal.

PS.....a little known trick stall her as much as you can because after 90 days from the end of the auction she cannot give you any feedback.....positive OR NEGATIVE!
