What is the name of your state? United Kingdom

I am enquiring for legal advice on the following:

I sold a horse just over 4 weeks ago to a family in Yorkshire. They are now requesting a full refund of £3520.00 based on the fact they say the horse is mis-described.

I have a contract to state that the horse was sold as seen and tried.

Their query is that the horse was sold as a showjumper and they believe this is inaccurate. Despite the fact the horse is registered with the British Showjumping Association, and I have many videos and photographs as proof that the horse has won at competition previously.

Please could you advise and direct me in the right direction on my rights and where I stand.

Yours Sincerely,

Sorry U.S Law Only
My response:

It's heartening to read that someone from the U.K. can actually read and understand the English language. A little late, yes. But, you know what they say, "Better late than never."
