Hello:
I'm thinking of buying a condo for myself, my husband and I want to separate and finally get a divorce. we are on good terms and will have a friendly divorce. If I buy a condo now, and we are still legally married, will he have any rights on it? :confused::eek:Even if I will be the only owner? Any help will be greatly appreciated
