We've just bought a house [my husband and I]. everything seemed OK and three days later after we moved in, both bathrooms started having problems, both toilettes and bathstubs got clogged, I can not described what kind of things was coming out of the toilletes. there was a flood and reached the carpet in other room. It was 11 pm Friday night, so we called an emergency plumming company,. They worked throughout the whole night. they took pictures of the problem (bathtub were not connected to the pipes, toilette was not properly set, there was no clean out pipe. After all these happened a week later, we have a terrible storm, a licking coming from the top of garden window and now we have mold and the licking is still there. Our insurance agreed to pay a little bit, since we call other company, and the seller says it is not his problem [he is a contractor himself] , saying that the inspection was OK and has nothing to do with this
what do you think we should do?

thanks

**A: first, tell us what your Realtor's principal broker and home inspector told you to do when you contacted them about these problems. Secondly, what did the TDS state about these problems?
