I live in Palm Bay Florida and am looking to buy a home. I currently rent and was curious if once I am in contract to purchase can I legally break my lease before my lease in up?

YES anyone can break a lease.......

But your question is:

can you break the lease without costing you any money...that answer is NO!

Unless the landlord agrees to it.
