What is the name of your state? Arkansas

I am buying a picture that was drawn by a professional artist to use in my business, but I want to buy the complete rights to the image. How do I do that?

1. Negotiate a price for the complete rights
2. Draw up a contract transferring the complete copyright to you, then both of you sign it.

That's all there is to it.

that easy?

1. We have already agreed on a price.

2. I don't have the slightest idea how to write it. How much would a lawyer charge to write one for me, or where can I find a sample one to model mine after?

And doesn't she have to sign it in the presence of someone?
