My name is Dave and i live in Wisconsin. I am currently looking to get into buying and selling foreclosed homes and residential property and i am trying to find out all of the steps that i need to take to make this happen. I have a few questions that no one else has been able to help me on and hopefully you can. 1.) Can I buy a foreclosed home and sell the home through a realtor without setting myself up as a business? 2.) Would I need liscensing if i do this in Wisconsin or the surrounding states? 3.) Is it legal for me to buy and sell several foreclosed homes if I sell them through a realtor without setting myself up as a business? 4.) If I do need to set myself up as a business, will I be able to have a realtor sell the houses? 5.) If I set myself up as a business will I need certifications or liscensing to sell the properties myself?
