Put down a deposit on some furniture From a store. They said the could deliver it in two to three weeks. After four weeks they said it take six weeks.
at eight weeks they said that the matching server that went along with our table and chairs that we order was no longer being made. They said the could deleiver part of the items. an end table and cocktail table on the 10 of September, but wife and I had to be out of town for two weeks. and that we did not want the table and chairs because they no longer could provide the matching server. When we got back from our trip. we went in to the store and told them that we were back. we made arrigaments to have our
cocktail and end table delivered. about on our later they called and said that the cocktail table and end table were damaged. that we would have have them repaired or reorder. I told the store manager that I no longer have faith in there store and wanted to cancel the order.
Question: Do I have any recourse in getting my depoist back?

Thank you for your response
