buying property in Whitesboro tx with a partner. If she married will get spouse have any right to property? The deed will only be in her name and mine

Depends on what you mean by "right to property."

There is a difference between ownership and "marital" or "community" property.

She will always own her share as her separate property but a spouse could end up with a financial interest in the property due to marriage that she will have to somehow compensate him for in the event of a divorce.
